Following the objectives of the Delaware Fatherhood & Family Coalition, the Kent County Leadership Committee builds upon the efforts of the community to form a movement that strengthens male leadership, expands the community’s capacity to collaborate, and increases resources which supports the involvement of residential and non-residential fathers in the lives of their children. It endeavors to reduces the stressors of single parents, support the cultivation of healthy adult relationships, father involvment and decrease the barriers that may challenge these efforts.
