The 5th Annual 2014 Delaware Devoted Dads (DDD) Summit is approaching! Delaware Fatherhood & Family Coalition invites you to attend the Summit, where you will receive educational information and be inspired about the power of Fatherhood in the lives of our children, families and communities.

 

The most expressed need of fathers, families and service providers is information of community service providers throughout the state providing services to fathers, children and families assisting to stabilize the family unit in safe and stable environments thus supporting the positive involvement of the father in the lives for his children, family and community. The Delaware Fatherhood & Family Coalition (DFFC) is an extension of the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program and the Responsible Fatherhood Initiative created specifically to give a voice to fathers and the importance of their involvement for the well-being of their children. The DFFC believes in the power of fatherhood and stable families where children's safety is not at risk.

In today's society, Fatherhood and family structure are a key component to the survival of families. As a member of the Delaware Fatherhood and Family Coalition, we continue to provide resources to help fathers and families stay united or to reunite. The DFFC influence in Delaware is vital by imparting information to help the family unit. The annual Delaware Devoted Dads Conference is an example of how the DFFC provides information. The workshops provided are geared towards topics that men want to hear about such as child support enforcement. As a dad, I am very glad to have a resource like the DFFC.
