The many benefits to joining the DFFC includes becoming a part of a larger group that engages in and supports the fatherhood and healthy adult relationship cause. The DFFC serves as a point of connection and networking with parents, fatherhood and parenting service providers and community leaders. As a member, you will have access to training and resources which can be used in your work. You also become a part of the greater effort to combine resources and build a network of services to affect change in the areas of fatherhood and healthy adult relationships.

The Delaware Fatherhood & Family Coalition (DFFC) is an extension of the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program and the Responsible Fatherhood Initiative created specifically to give a voice to fathers and the importance of their involvement for the well-being of their children. The DFFC believes in the power of fatherhood and stable families where children's safety is not at risk.

In today's society, Fatherhood and family structure are a key component to the survival of families. As a member of the Delaware Fatherhood and Family Coalition, we continue to provide resources to help fathers and families stay united or to reunite. The DFFC influence in Delaware is vital by imparting information to help the family unit. The annual Delaware Devoted Dads Conference is an example of how the DFFC provides information. The workshops provided are geared towards topics that men want to hear about such as child support enforcement. As a dad, I am very glad to have a resource like the DFFC.
